This Pro-Fit outfit isn't out yet but is coming out as part of their Spring/Summer Collection. Keep an eye on the link for the launch of this gorgeous outfit. I wear size 8 which is a little big on me but I am petite and very short. I love this legging and sports bra set, the colours are to die for and will really brighten up for Spring workout routine. The material is super comfortable and thick but not too thick that you can't run in them. Although the material isn't so thin that the leggings are see through or you can see anything you don't want to.

Coldpress Juices.........

In 2006, Andrew, their founder, and Bradley, our technical whizz, transformed the Australian juice market by pioneering cold pressed technology that could naturally retain more taste, more nutrients and vitamins than pasteurised juices before introducing their distinctive hexagonal bottles to the UK in 2011.

This juice stood out to me when I was on the Coldpress website. It is a Passion Fruit Apple Juice. This bottle is 750 ml. This is so refreshing and tastes really tropical. It tastes like a Pornstar Martini but without the alcohol, this is definitely an amazing juice.

These two smoothies caught my eye as soon as I got the delivery. The reason why was because they contained Almond Milk and were really thick smoothies. These bottles are 250 ml. The Banana Raw Cacao smoothie only has 201 calories and contains Almond, Banana, Apple, Lemon, Raw Cacao and Cinnamon. This smoothie is also dairy free. I love this smoothie it has an amazing taste and is really thick but doesn't have any big bits in it. This smoothie is so filling I could easily have one for breakfast and be fine till lunch. The Very Berry smoothie is really filling too. I find that I can drink this at lunch but then at three or four o'clock I get hungry so have to snack on some cashews. This Very Berry smoothie is only 12o calories and so delicious.

The first smoothie of these I tried was the Mango and Passionfruit one. This has the texture of a juice rather than a smoothie. It isn't thick at all and I was able to drink a lot in one go. I love the flavours in this smoothie, I really am a tropical girl and love a tropical smoothie. The strawberry and banana smoothie was exactly what I expected in taste but what I love about these smoothies is that they aren't too thick and don't have bits in them. As you all know I love the taste of coconut and the Coconut, Pineapple and Banana smoothie was incredible. All the flavours together are more tropical, it reminds me of a holiday and just lying on the beach.

I love all these juices and smoothie and would really suggest you pick them up as a healthy snack or drink alternative in the day. Coldpress Juices can be found in Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsburys, Ocado, Morrisons, Budgens and Co Operative. Their website is http://www.cold-press.com

How to Get Those Abs........

Kin is a dynamic platform for your health and wellbeing journey. Founded by husband and wife team Kyle and Kelly Maslen.

I was sent the travel packets of Kin Nutrition. These are one protein tubs on protein. I have used a lot of protein recently and I was intrigued by the interesting flavours they had to offer. I was sent the Strawberry and Cookies and Cream flavours.

I tried the strawberry first as I have seen this flavour of protein before. It definitely tastes like strawberry and is so creamy. I put this favour with cashew milk. I normally use almond milk but i saw cashew in the shop and preferred that one at the time. I then again put the Cookies and Cream protein with Cashew Milk. The taste of this protein is very sweet and not as light as the strawberry one. I have got to say I love the strawberry flavour but would definitely recommend both. You can also put these with water but I prefer the taste of a nut milk with them.

The travel Collection can be found at here.

My Workout Routine....

Since it is two years since my weight loss post that everyone enjoyed so much, I thought I would write a workout routine post and show you guys how this has changed since that post. I try to go the gym two or three times a week. If I can't I normally do a workout at home instead. When I go to the gym I start on the treadmill. I start with a brisk walk for five minutes to warm up then I do a steady 10-15 minute run depending on how I feel on the day. After that I start to increase the speed to sprint speeds for five minutes just to push myself at the end. Then the treadmill automatically starts a cool down which is a slow walking pace for five minutes.

I then like to move on to the climber or stepper, these are very similar machines so I tend to just do one, depending on which is taken and which isn't the climber is basically like climbing upstairs. If you watch Kourtney Kardashian's snapchat she posts this a lot on there. I do this for 5-10 minutes. The stepper I would do at the same length of time but this machine is more like pedalling and stepping than climbing up stairs.

I will then go do a 15 minute ab workout consisting of sit ups, press ups, russian twists, knee touches, toe touches, bicycle, crunches, leg raises and many more I can't think of right now.

I really am into building up muscle and toning my body this year and to do this you have to eat well along with exercising. I decided in January that I wanted to start using protein shakes after workouts. My initial reaction was well which brand do I buy and where can I find the perfect brand. I have been really interested in Cute Nutrition recently that produce cocktail flavoured proteins. I may get this one next time, I just wish there was a way to try them online!

I then found out that Protein World were doing 30% off discount and then decided to get some from there. Their proteins comes in Banana, Strawberry, Chocolate and Vanilla. I decided to get Vanilla as I thought the others would be too strong and as this is my first time using protein shakes I thought it would be better to get a plainer flavour to start off with. The protein arrived two days after I ordered it. It came super quick and actually arrived two days before it was scheduled to. The Vanilla shake powder I put with water because that is what they suggest, I found the taste quite sweet therefore next time I would like to try it with almond milk instead.

I also was sent some whey protein from The Pure Blend Co against ago and decided to try there powder in a shake as well. I have Chocolate flavour and Acai berry flavour and have tried them both with almond milk and they taste amazing!

So does it really work? And is it going to improve my abs? Only time will tell and I will let you guys know. I have noticed a little difference since I have started.

My Go To Breakfast......

As the title implies this blog shows my go to breakfast ideas. I love having yogurt for breakfast but also for lunch too. I am obsessed at the moment. The Collective company supply the most delicious yoghurt and all these products in this blog are from their company.

To start with the Russian Fudge yoghurt, I have actually had this yoghurt before and knew it was absolutely incredible, and this time it was as well. The yoghurt is so creamy and the fudge flavour really enhances the flavour of the creamy texture.

I put this yoghurt with:

Sainsbury's strawberry Granola
Coconut pieces
Banana

Compared to the Russian Fudge this yoghurt was a little bit of a disappointment. I was torn between choosing Passionfruit or Mango when at the store. I choose Mango, again the yoghurt is very creamy and you have a really strong taste of mango. I wish I had chosen Passionfruit because I feel that the mango was too strong of a flavour for me personally. I prefer the Russian Fudge.

I put this yoghurt with:

Jordan's Granola
Coconut pieces
Goji berries

The Collective yoghurt company have now released a straight up plan yoghurt. I love plain yoghurt and this is what I always eat at lunch time. I like to put honey with the yoghurt to give it a little sweet flavour just a hint. I put this yoghurt with Tesco's honey and almond granola, this is one of the best granola's I have had very simple but tasty.

You can find the Collective Company's Yoghurt at local stores including Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose.

Tea Tree Scalp Care by Paul Mitchell.......

I was lucky enough to go along to the launch of Paul Mitchell's Tea Tree Scalp Care hair range. The actually products are launching out to the public in January 2017. The event was located in Moorgate at a lovely place called the Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings. The Buildings is a stunning Brasserie, Bar and Cafe. The launch for Paul Mitchell was located in the Greenhouse of the building. As you can see in the photos above it was an absolutely amazing setting and I think the perfect aesthetic of this launch.

Moving on to the products, they are designed to slow down the process of thinning hair. To keep healthy hair you need to start by having a healthy scalp and this is where this product 'Scalp Care' is useful. Both men and women can use it and at any age. The products are infused with exclusive Regeniplex botanical blend to help make your hair thicker and give it more volume. The exclusive Refeniplex blend contains Kakadu plum, pea peptides, clover flower, turmeric and ginseng to stimulate the scalp.

Starting from the left we have the Anti-Thinning Shampoo. This product is used first and is used to remove impurities to prime the scalp for stronger, thicker looking hair. This shampoo also adds volume by thickening each strand. Moving on to the Conditioner this lightweight conditioner detangles fine and fragile hair. This detangles the hair without weighing it down. The last product that you put in your hair is the Tonic, you need to put this in your hair twice a day. It is a spray that helps create an optimal scalp environment for thicker, stronger and fuller hair. This product helps to increase hair density and encourage healthy hair growth.

What Do I Think?

As I am a swimming teacher and love to swim myself I am always worried about the health of my hair and if my hair is getting thinner. I also like to change my hair colour very often so I worry that if I do this too much that my hair is not going to be healthy. Having used the products myself, my hair feels so much stronger and healthier. I love using the shampoo and conditioner but I am not so good at using the tonic. As you are supposed to put in twice a day, I just forget to do it or am too busy.

Marshmallows, Hot Drinks & Christmas Cheer......

Coming into the Christmas and Winter Season I love a good hot drink but my issue is always what I want to eat with it. Here is a list of my favourite winter hot drinks and snacks.

Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate with Raspberry Marshmallow

The Raspberry Marshmallow is coated with dark chocolate and is under 150 calories. I love this combination together, the salted caramel chocolate isn't too strong and is perfect with this little raspberry flavour.

Tropical Green Tea with Vanilla Marshmallow Bar

This vanilla marshmallow is coated with milk chocolate so it is more of bar of marshmallow. This bar is under 150 calories. I put this marshmallow with a Tropical Green Tea. I love this tea as it is so different to just a basic green tea.

Starbucks Toffee Nut Latte with Coconut Marshmallow

This Christmas I am in love with Starbucks' Toffee Nut Latte, the taste is amazing. I am more of a costa fan but this is the best christmas drink. I put this drink with the coconut marshmallow, I love coconut and this is the perfect flavour to put with a Toffee Nut Latte.

Belgium Hot Chocolate with Coconut Marshmallow

I love this coconut marshmallow, it is so soft and great with whipped cream on top of your hot chocolate. I put this marshmallow with a plain hot chocolate as I still wanted to have the coconut taste coming through.

The Brick Lane Froyo.......

The different flavours of frozen yoghurts you can choose between are:

Natural - so plain yoghurt.
Dulce De Leche - which has a toffee and caramel flavour to it.
Peanut Butter - which is self explanatory.
Chocolate Hazelnut - which is like nutella.
Tropical - which is made of coconut cream and coconut milk making this frozen yoghurt vegan.

The toppings are to die for. There is such a variety and an amazing selection. There is:

Granola
Popcorn
Biscuits
Homemade Brownies - Raspberry, Plain and Peanut Butter
Kiwi
Raspberries
Blueberries
Passionfruit
Chocolate Buttons
Pineappple
Strawberries
Mango

You then can choose a sauce between honey, chocolate or caramel.

So what did I choose?

Based on the testers we got to try I really enjoyed the Dulce De Leche, I thought this was a very unique flavour to other Frozen Yoghurt shops and I loved the creamy taste. I was in a debate as to whether to go for the plain but I thought that I would be different. Also if you love your fruits I would definitely go for the Tropical, it is so light in your mouth. After that Toppings, this was such a hard decision. At first my eyes went straight to the chocolate buttons so on they went. I then was told you have to have a homemade brownie, so I chose the Raspberry one and then strawberries as well. As for the sauce I decided to go with honey as I didn't want a too over powering sauce or flavour as the frozen yoghurts flavour was so unique itself.
